Located on the bustling Albany Road in the heart of Cardiff, our store is a busy and customer-focused store committed to delivering outstanding eye and hearing care services. Serving a diverse local community, the store combines expert clinical care with exceptional customer service in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Supported by a knowledgeable and dedicated team, colleagues benefit from a fast-paced and rewarding workplace with opportunities for ongoing development and career progression. The store is conveniently accessible via a range of public transport links, with several Cardiff Bus routes serving Albany Road and providing direct connections to Cardiff city centre, surrounding suburbs, and key transport hubs, making it easily reachable.

From optical assistants and dispensing opticians to clinicians and store management, every team member plays a vital role in creating a supportive, professional, and welcoming environment. What we’re looking for? 

Some of the responsibilities of this role include: 

• Welcoming customers into store
• Booking in eye tests
• Pre-screening patients
• Providing style advice
• Measuring frames
• Taking phone call 

Previous experience working in an optical setting is required for this role
