What We’re Looking For
You might already have:
Experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong teamwork and good initiative
Confidence using IT systems
Great communication and listening skills
A willingness to step out of your comfort zone and try new things
Openness to feedback and personal development
But we’re also very happy to consider inexperienced candidates with strong transferable skills — for example, from retail, hospitality, call centres, care, or any other customer-facing role. If you’re friendly, motivated, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
Desirable Experience (but not essential)
Previous work in a fast-paced customer service environment
Experience in optics or audiology
Basic knowledge of optical or audiology terminology
