So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.  

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Located in the heart of Guildford, our Specsavers store is a vibrant and welcoming environment where customer care and clinical excellence come first. We offer a full range of optical and audiology services, supported by the latest technology and a highly skilled team. The store is well-connected, with excellent transport links and a strong local reputation for delivering exceptional service.

• Salary range is £25,500 to £28,500 dependant on experience.

What we’re looking for? 

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:  

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment 
• Experience in optics business 
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
