Previous optical experience is preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate.

As an Optical Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.  

Our store
Based in Loughborough, our store is conveniently located near public transport links, with plenty of parking available nearby.

What we’re looking for? 
Some of the skills we’re looking for include: 

• Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant  would be beneficial however full training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service 
• Teamworking 
• IT confident 
• Excellent communication and listening 
• Ability to adapt and develop
