Salary: Up to £68,000 depending on experience
Working hours: Full or part-time hours available with flexible weekend working pattern
Experience level: Open to both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists who are registered with the GOC

Specsavers in Monmouth are looking for an Optometrist to join their thriving store. We’re a community-focused store dedicated to ensuring that every one of our customers receives an excellent patient experience. We are seeking a newly qualified or experienced Optometrist ready to use their passion and knowledge to help us build on our ever-growing and loyal customer base. Specsavers Monmouth is a fantastic 4 testing rooms store about to expand to 5 testing rooms. We have all of the latest equipment and are supported by a very close knit and supportive team. Monmouth is based in the beautiful Wye Valley, surrounded by independent shops and restaurants making it the perfect place to work and shop!! Travel is easy here and you can reach both Cardiff and Bristol in around one hour.

Along with your clinical expertise – this will stand you in good stead if you choose to become a store director yourself one day. Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, we are searching for someone who shares our store’s ethos. Someone who wants to grow, develop and offer exceptional customer care along the way. We want a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, that isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach and who is keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team. In summary, we’re looking for a skilled resident Optometrist to join us, be part of the team and assist in driving our practice forward.
