Deanna the Beccles Specsavers Retail Director is looking for a new Optometry partner to purchase 50% of the shares in Beccles store and then to join her on the next stage of the recently refitted store’s journey.

About the store
The store has 4 test rooms located on the ground floor, one of which is a dual room used for hearcare services. It also has a 5th room on the 1st floor which is used to support the hearcare business. The store itself is located on a busy high street in the scenic town of Beccles and recently opened in September 2022. In this time the store has started to grow a strong customer base and deliver consistent profit. The store prides itself on delivering great customer service throughout the whole week including Sundays. This opportunity is perfect for an Optometrist looking to establish themselves in a growing business with the enthusiasm and drive to take it to new heights.

Requirements of the role
Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, you’ll need to share the store’s ethos. They’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team. In summary, you’ll be a highly skilled Optometry professional willing and able to help drive the practice forward.
