Part Time Call Centre / Scheduling Assistant

This role will be 2or 3 days per week working between Monday and Friday.  

Do you want to help bring hear and eye care to the homes of those in need? As a Part Time Call Centre / Scheduling Assistant you can do just that.  Your role will be office-based, booking and planning clinics, speaking with customers on the phone, assisting with any queries and general administrative duties.  

As a master of scheduling and crucial admin, you’ll play a key role in supporting our domiciliary team to effectively care for the patients that need it most. You’ll be the one behind the scenes pulling the strings and keeping everything running smoothly, all while receiving the care you need to grow professionally and personally.

Based in Poppleton, the role is office-based, booking and planning clinics, speaking with customers on the phone, assisting with any queries and general administrative duties.

What we’re looking for? 

• Ideally if you have optical experience that would be advantageous
• Previous office experience
• Excellent customer service experience over the telephone
