Why this role matters
We’re looking for a Product Architect who’s ready to get stuck in and help shape the technology behind our clinical services. You’ll be working on everything from patient management systems and clinical imaging to device integration and healthcare standards. Your work will directly impact how we deliver exceptional care to our customers and colleagues.You’ll be collaborating with engineering, product, and architecture teams to build solutions that are not only fit for purpose but also future-ready. It’s about creating technology that’s reusable, scalable, secure—and always focused on delivering great experiences.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be designing the high-level architecture for our products, making sure it’s aligned with our enterprise standards and capable of supporting our roadmap. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical decisions, guide engineering teams, and help shape the technology landscape globally.You’ll also be a key voice in our architecture community—sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and helping evolve our approach. Whether it’s recommending new technologies, managing technical debt, or ensuring compliance with governance processes, you’ll be driving meaningful change.
What we’re looking for
Ideally, you’ve got demonstratable experience as a Solution or Product Architect, within clinical technologies. You understand agile principles, product lifecycles, and how to balance short-term priorities with long-term goals. You’re a great communicator, a natural problem-solver, and thrive in fast-paced environments.Experience with healthcare standards like HL7/FHIR, clinical imaging, and optical technologies is a plus—but what really matters is your mindset and your ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
