Are you ready to take the lead on one of the most ambitious transformation programmes in Specsavers history?

We’re looking for a Programme Planner to join our Blended Experience Programme (BEP)—a game-changing initiative that’s reimagining how our customers experience eye and hearing care, both in-store and online. This is your chance to be at the centre of a global transformation, helping us deliver seamless, intuitive, and personalised services at scale.

This isn’t just about timelines and templates. It’s about people. You’ll be engaging with a wide range of stakeholders—from delivery teams to store colleagues—ensuring the plan reflects both the needs of the programme and the realities on the ground. You won’t be mandating a single tool; instead, you’ll be navigating and integrating multiple planning tools, driving the quality and consistency of the overall plan while offering an independent, holistic view of progress.

You’ll be working alongside PMO professionals, supporting governance, dependency management, and scenario planning. And while you don’t need to be technical yourself, you’ll understand how large-scale technology-enabled transformation is delivered—across design, build and test phases and everything in between.
