Project Manager

Are you a dynamic and driven project leader ready to shape the future of retail technology? At Specsavers, we’re looking for an IT Project Manager to lead transformative technology projects that deliver real business value and delight our customers.

As part of our UK & ROI Retail Technology Delivery Team, you’ll take charge of planning and implementing business systems projects of varying complexity. From defining project scope and managing budgets to coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, you’ll be at the heart of enabling critical business change. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, ensuring every project aligns with our strategic goals and delivers measurable outcomes. Our Project Managers are given autonomy here at Specsavers and as such, you will be confident challenging stakeholders & ensuring we drive value for money decisions.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering technology projects in fast-paced environments—retail experience is a big plus. You’ll be an excellent communicator, a natural leader, and a problem-solver who thrives under pressure. If you’re Prince2/MSP qualified (or have equivalent experience), and passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you.
