Retail Manager

Are you a motivated leader with an eye for detail wanting to bring your skills to a global, difference-making company? You’ve come to the right place. We have an exceptional store manager and fantastic assistant manager, so this role would be an addition to these existing posts; a duty manager in retail to help run the store and cover when either of the existing managers are away from store. As long as you’re ready to lead by example, be hands on and champion a customer-first mindset, you can make a difference at Specsavers Plymstock. Alongside your hard work keeping our store and team running like clockwork, we’ll support you to grow your skills even further than you thought possible. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing better hear and eye care to your community, while progressing your career and supporting others to do the same. If you're a less experienced manager looking for their next step we'll provide training in a fully inclusive and diverse setting, and for those with more experience we can also support progression towards directorship through the pathway programme so you can own your own store one day, if this is what you aspire to. In short, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.

Located in the heart of Plymstock, we have seven test rooms and are a hub of activity, surrounded by shops, cafes, and a vibrant local community, we’re easily accessible and a really rewarding place to be!
