However, if you are excited at the prospect of getting into optics and have experience working in fast-paced retail environment witha passion for excellent customer service then we would like to hear from you.

Based in Prescot, our team is skilled and supportive and ready to welcome you.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:

• Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers’ lives easier
• Great teamwork
• A good initiative
• Confidence in using IT systems
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
• Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we’ll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless).
