Exciting News: Specsavers Cumnock Opening Soon!

We are thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new Specsavers store in our Scotland Division, located in the charming town of Cumnock, East Ayrshire.

About the Opportunity
This standalone store presents a unique investment opportunity. We are seeking both an optometrist partner and a retail partner to each acquire a 50% share in the business.

Why Cumnock? 
Cumnock is a picturesque town known for its rich industrial heritage and stunning Victorian architecture. Nestled at the confluence of the Lugar Water and Glaisnock Water, Cumnock offers a delightful blend of historical charm and modern amenities. The town boasts a variety of dining and shopping options, including the popular Cumnock Factory Outlet, making it a wonderful place to visit or reside.

Retail Environment
Cumnock's traditional High Street features a mix of local and national businesses, with large supermarkets conveniently located at both ends. Our new store is ideally situated with minimal competition in the direct area and the nearest Specsavers store 15 miles to the west and no store to the east, ensuring a prime location for business.

Store Features
The new Specsavers Cumnock store will occupy a prominent corner location, providing excellent brand visibility and a strong presence on the main shopping parade. It will be equipped with four test rooms, including one dual-purpose room for both optics and audiology services.

Requirements of the role
Alongside being an existing retailer with a strong and proven background, you will also have the drive, passion and willingness to ensure a customer-focussed team and role model high standards to continue the success of this store. 

You will be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the new team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
