The role

So, you’re an organisation expert wanting to take your career to the next level? Our Scheduler role within our Home Visits service could be perfect for you.

As a Scheduler at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our Home Visits business. You’ll make sure all clinic scheduling is completed for our Optics and Audiology Home Visits teams in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you’ll always put the customers first. This role will involve using 2 different scheduling systems, so confidence with using new systems is essential. You will be receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls, so an excellent telephone manner is a must.  You will also be updating customer files, where attention to detail is key. Liaising with external parties is also part of the role, along with working closely with our Home Visits team, so confidence when dealing with people is essential. Your role will also involve some admin duties too.

You’ll be surrounded and supported by an experienced team bringing care to the homes of the people who can’t come into our stores.

Essentially, you’ll be making a real difference here.

Our business

Our Home Visits office is based in Mansfield (with free parking available).

  • £25,175 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 9am-5:30pm - there will be NO weekend or Bank Holiday working required in this role, offering you a real work/life balance!
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays
  • You will also receive an additional paid day off for your Birthday
  • Access to Specsavers Perks Scheme
