As a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of steering the success of our Audiology division. You’ll take ownership of the accurate provision of cost-of-sales accounting for our Audiology Partners and oversee the processing of high-value annual invoices from our major suppliers. Your expertise will extend to providing commercial business partnering for the Audiology business areas, owning the budget setting process and ongoing cost management for these areas.

As the key driver behind the complete ownership of the monthly cost-of-sales accounting process, your role involves reviewing invoice files for accuracy, comparing product pricing for stores, and overseeing cost provisioning. Beyond the numbers, you’ll publish important information for the business areas and provide key assistance to Partners facing cost-of-sales queries. Building strong relationships with the wider team and suppliers will be at the heart of ensuring the ongoing smooth running of the monthly invoicing process.

You’ll be the business partner to the Director of Professional Advancement. This multi-facing role includes managing and reviewing monthly management accounting and reporting processes for their cost centres, supporting the leads for Careers, Quality Standards, and Clinical Training and Performance. Strategic acumen is essential to ensuring senior leaders are well-informed about their financial position.

Beyond the day-to-day tasks, you’ll create and maintain a SharePoint site, offering invaluable resources and guidance to store Partners, delving into commercial modelling and analysis to gain insights into performance, and driving informed judgments.

You’ll bring solid knowledge and experience of finance standards, be qualified or nearly qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, and have a high level of numeracy and attention to detail. Your strong Excel skills, coupled with strong communication qualities, will enable you to explain financial performance to non-financial audiences.
