Senior Delivery Manager

We’re searching for a Senior Delivery Manager who can bring deep Scrum expertise to our Blended Experience Programme (BEP), driving cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that make a real impact.

You’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced, innovative environment, where your leadership and hands on Scrum experience will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll have the autonomy to solve problems proactively, drive continuous improvement, and empower your teams to achieve their best.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-vendor, cross-functional projects of significant size and value, and you’re highly skilled in Scrum and Agile methodologies. You know how to set up and run sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and scrum ceremonies, and you’re comfortable coaching teams in Scrum best practices. Your experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches means you can choose the right tools and processes for each initiative. You’ll be comfortable managing internal and external partners, optimising resources, and ensuring delivery aligns with organisational strategy and standards.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, able to present delivery insights, manage risks, and influence at all levels including board level. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and developing delivery managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusivity.
