ContractTypeAndDuration

Full Time, Permanent

The role

This will be a 12 months FTC.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Specsavers Audiology, helping us deliver on our purpose of changing lives through better hearing. As a Senior Finance Manager, you'll sit at the heart of the UK and ROI Audiology business, working alongside senior leaders to turn ambitious growth plans into informed commercial decisions. Your insight will help drive performance, identify opportunities and influence investments that support sustainable growth, making a real difference to both the business and the customers we serve.

You'll lead on month end finance processes and reporting alongside playing a key role in budgeting and forecasting cycles. Whilst also working closely with the Audiology Leadership team, providing meaningful commercial insight that goes beyond the numbers. You'll provide decision-making support to key business areas such as NHS contract performance and growth, customer proposition strategy and clinical workforce planning and development. All the time you will be helping stakeholders across the business understand financial performance, future opportunities and potential risks, while leading and developing a small team of accountants.

You'll have experience of finance business partnering across multiple functions with strong commercial awareness and the confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity, you'll be able to assess information, identify trends and turn analysis into clear recommendations. Just as importantly, you'll be an excellent communicator who can explain financial concepts in a simple, engaging way to non-finance colleagues. If you're naturally curious, proactive and enjoy building strong relationships across a business, you'll thrive in this role.

At Specsavers, you'll join a supportive, purpose-led culture where your ideas are valued and your development matters. You'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, partner with senior leaders and help shape the future of a growing area of our business, all while developing your own leadership and commercial expertise. If you're looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, influence strategic decisions and be part of a team that's changing lives through better sight and hearing, we'd love to hear from you.
