Senior Forecasting & Planning Analyst

The role

Forecast the future and shape the present. 

 

As the Senior Forecasting & Planning Analyst you’ll be part of a collaborative and award-winning team based in our Nottingham Contact Centre.  You’ll work closely with Scheduling Analysts and operational leaders to forecast and plan resource allocation across multiple customer service channels. 

 

From analysing daily volumes, to shaping long-term forecasts, your insights will help to deliver seamless service experiences.  You’ll also play a key role in real-time management, making quick, informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly and KPI’s on track. 

 

You’ll bring sharp analytical skills, with great communication skills and be an active team player.  You’ll have a strong background in forecasting and planning, ideally within a Contact Centre environment and be confident using tools like Excel, CISCO telephony, and a workforce management solution (WFM).
