Our Service Strategy & Design team shapes and delivers consistent, compliant, and efficient end-to-end services. We align with the IT Strategy, manage the Service Portfolio, and ensure services are fully supportable and measurable.

As a Service Designer, you will define, develop, and oversee the design of IT services to meet business needs and align with our IT Service Strategy. You will bridge the gap between business requirements, technical capabilities, and operational considerations.

You will lead the design and development of IT services, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements. You will work with IT Operations to ensure services are reliable, available, and supportable, and you will document SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs. You will also identify opportunities for service optimisation and support the evolution of service architecture practices.
