Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent IT support to our colleagues working in our offices. You will receive all kinds of queries either online, by phone or through online chat and will assess the problem before following it through to either resolution or escalation to our specialist teams. You’ll take full ownership of the problem, ensuring they’re updated on progress if it’s not a quick fix. 

 

There’s lots of support and mentoring as you learn the role but ideally, in order to be successful you’ll have a real interest in IT & have the ability to deal with customers, managing the desks priorities, whilst having a helpful attitude towards understanding issues and finding solution.

  

We offer a competitive salary and an excellent bonus plan – you will be entitled to two bonuses – one based on your own personal performance which is paid quarterly (and works out to be around £550 per quarter!) and an additional company bonus that is based on the performance of the business. You’ll also receive private healthcare and dental cover and be entitled to life assurance along with a good pension.
