The world of Specsavers
Protecting your income
We offer a competitive wage. And this year, you’ll earn at least 20c/p more per hour than the minimum.
Protecting your future
It’s not just the money you’ll get now, for more money security in the future you’ll be auto enrolled into our pension scheme. We’ll even give you an employer contribution when you contribute too.
Supporting life's big moments
All our colleagues get enhanced ‘time off’. This includes enhanced family leave and company sick pay for any eligible colleagues, because when the unexpected happens, it’s only right you have the time for yourself.
Specsavers Perks
This is your portal to a world of great discounts and savings on loads of products and services like travel, home, motoring, and health and leisure. Because who doesn’t love a discount?
Health and Wellbeing
Your health and well-being are important to us and crucial to you, so all colleagues receive a complimentary subscription to Headspace, the global leader in mental well-being, as well as access to WeCare (UK) or LifeWorks (ROI), our support service for all colleagues and their immediate family.
Eyecare
Of course, we’re going to encourage you to look after your sight (and you definitely should go to Specsavers). That’s why we offer you a free sight test, including OCT and a £220 eyecare voucher to use in-store every single year.
Hearcare
It’s not just your eyes we take care of, it’s your ears too. If you need hearing aids, we’ll give you £500 towards the cost of them every four years. But even if your hearing is supersonic, we’ll offer free wax removal every year.
Family and friends
It’s not just you who gets our great benefits, you can name two people to receive our friends and family offer for eyecare, and discounts for hearcare too.
Time for you
We offer 25 days holiday across the year to make sure you have time for yourself. You’ll also get an additional paid day off for your birthday, so you can spend it exactly how you want.
Electrical Vehicles scheme
All eligible partners and colleagues can join our scheme which allows you to sacrifice some of your salary in exchange for the use of an electric or low emission car – saving your money, and the planet.
Long term service awards
Being committed to our Specsavers team for a long time deserves to be celebrated, so we have Long Term Service Awards to help cover this.
