I started my career in recruitment back in 2010 and have been working in the optics industry for the last 4 years. In addition to my 14 years in talent acquisition, I have an MSc in Physiotherapy and have practiced in the NHS, private healthcare industry as well as owning my own business. This varied experience has given me a solid grounding for working alongside clinicians and managers alike. I am passionate about supporting individuals through our process to allow them to find their dream business where they are making a difference to theirs lives as well as their local community :)
