Over twenty-five years of expertise working in recruitment field, eighteen as the founding Director of a Gloucestershire based commercial recruitment agency and seven years spent working in various recruitment functions for Specsavers on both a UK and international level. Currently working in a strategic capacity within the Partnership recruitment team, supporting optometrists and retailers on the journey of buying their own Specsavers store.
