The role
Are you someone who loves turning business needs into smart, tech-driven solutions? At Specsavers, we’re on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing—and we’re just getting started. As we embark on a major transformation to create seamless, connected customer and colleague experiences across online and in-store journeys, with full enterprise support, we’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s ready to make a real impact.
This is your chance to be at the heart of something exciting. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to understand their challenges and opportunities, translating them into practical, innovative solutions that improve how we work and how our customers experience Specsavers. From shaping requirements and managing stakeholder expectations to supporting UX enhancements and validating solutions, you’ll be involved in every step
of the journey.
You’ll need to be a confident communicator and a natural collaborator—someone who can speak both business and tech fluently. You’ll have a solid grasp of business analysis techniques and experience working in agile development teams, ideally within complex environments like retail or healthcare. You’ll be comfortable managing requirements from discovery through to delivery, and you’ll know how to prioritise, trace, and communicate them clearly. If you’ve worked with digital delivery teams before, even better.
You’ll also bring strong analytical skills to the table. Can dive into data, spot trends, and use insights to support decision-making. You’ll be proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done. And when it comes to stakeholder management, you’ll know how to build trust, manage expectations, and keep everyone aligned.
Ready to help shape the future of Specsavers? If you’re passionate about business analysis and want to be part of a company that’s transforming how it delivers value through technology, we’d love to hear from you. Join us—and let’s build something brilliant together.
