As a Corporate Account Executive, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our business‑to‑business customers. With the customer’s needs at the heart of every conversation, you’ll deliver an experience that feels effortless and reassuring. You’ll also be a reliable source of frontline support for our store teams, helping them offer a smooth and seamless Corporate Eyecare service to every client who walks through their door.

 

No two days will be the same, from handling queries from corporate clients, colleagues and the sales team—whether that’s over the phone, via email, or on Teams. You’ll take ownership of each enquiry, ensuring every detail is managed thoroughly and resolved confidently. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM, raising invoices, processing orders, and reconciling payments using our voucher and banking systems. You’ll keep an eye on stock levels, manage voucher reissues, support new stores as they onboard, and collaborate closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. Alongside this, you’ll lend a hand with reporting, billing, and the everyday admin that keeps our service consistent and dependable.

 

You’ll have experience in a customer‑focused role and business to business would be ideal, and you feel at home using Microsoft Office.

 

Your communication skills—especially over the phone—will help you build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You’ll be organised, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload from start to finish. Above all, you’ll bring good judgement, a fresh energy, enthusiasm, and a real drive to deliver standout service as we continue to grow.
