Are you a strategic thinker with a flair for fine-tuning inventory levels, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction?

As a Demand Planner, you’ll be the key link between various departments, ensuring that our demand forecast is accurate but effectively managed to support seamless decision-making. Your mission will be to maximize product availability while minimising surplus and driving satisfaction for stakeholders and customers.

Your role will produce high-quality demand forecasts aligned with our purchasing cycles, continuously refining forecasting processes and proactively communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders. You’ll keep your finger on the pulse by constantly reviewing inventory targets and demand levels to ensure they match the current business landscape. And when it comes to product life cycles, you’ll manage them from start to finish, collaborating closely with our Product, Business Development, and Retail teams to guarantee smooth lunches and smart exit strategies that minimise write-offs at the end of a product's life.

You’ll steer the ship when it comes to stock distribution within our supply chain whether it's adapting to changes in manufacturing capacity, business growth, or seasonal trends, you’ll ensure everything stays on course. Building strong relationships with suppliers will be second nature to you, ensuring orders are placed and scheduled to keep our shelves stocked. Working hand in hand with our Inbound Planning team, you’ll ensure that the flow of goods remains smooth and efficient.

If you’re an Excel whiz with a knack for analysing data and making sense of complex reports, this role could be for you. You’ll bring experience from working in demand or supply planning, have a customer-focused attitude and the ability to juggle competing demands while working in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical skills will shine as you consolidate and interpret data from various sources, producing reports that drive key decision-making.
