Potters Bar Specsavers, which opened in October 2023, operates with two test rooms six days a week. We are seeking a new optometry partner to join Neelam, our retail director, in steering the store’s growth and strengthening its connections within the local community. The store features a small, friendly retail team and a pre-registration optometrist, creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity for an optometrist to invest in a newly established store and collaborate with the retail partner to drive its future success.

Requirements of the role

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, you’ll need to share the store’s ethos. They’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team. In summary, you’ll be a highly skilled Optometry professional willing and able to help drive the practice forward.
