Project Manager

ContractTypeAndDuration

Full Time, Permanent

The role

You’ll play a key role in shaping how hearing care is delivered across Specsavers, working on projects that directly improve patient outcomes and in‑store experiences. As a Project Manager within Audiology Technology, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance clinical systems, support hearing services and streamline the end‑to‑end customer journey—helping teams deliver accessible, high‑quality care every day.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery—defining scope, building detailed plans, managing budgets and ensuring milestones are met. You’ll work across cross‑functional teams, technology partners and stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed. With a strong focus on delivery, you’ll manage risks, dependencies and third-party suppliers, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to a high standard.

We’re looking for someone with extensive project management experience and a proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, complex environments. You’ll bring expertise across Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, alongside strong planning, risk management and problem-solving skills. You’ll be a confident communicator and natural collaborator, able to influence stakeholders and keep momentum, even under pressure. Experience with technology, application and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery is key, while exposure to healthcare or audiology would be beneficial but not essential.

If you’re organised, proactive and motivated by making a real impact, you’ll thrive here. We’re looking for someone who can drive progress, think critically and adapt to change, while maintaining a calm, resilient approach. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, shape the future of audiology delivery and grow your career in an environment that values collaboration, continuous improvement and delivering real outcomes for customers.
