Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within Specsavers as a Relationship Manager?

This key business partnering position acts as a vital link between our Partnership and Support Office functions. As the primary point of contact, you'll build trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring top-notch support and service to drive business growth.

In this role, you'll collaborate with the Head of Retail Projects to develop and implement initiatives that enhance service, performance, and partner relations across our retail estate. This position also offers a pathway to the Regional Relationship Manager role as regions become available.

You'll dive deep into understanding our businesses, fostering supportive and meaningful relationships that help our partners grow. By supporting divisions and regions in crafting bespoke business plans aligned with Specsavers' strategies, you'll help maximize growth. You'll work closely with partners and centres of excellence to recommend and identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences.

Effective communication will be key to gaining buy-in and commitment to retail initiatives. You'll identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and support sustainable business performance, promoting a culture of sharing best practices.

To excel in this role, you'll need experience in multi-site retail or commercial operations. Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships is essential, as is the ability to face difficult conversations proactively and constructively. You'll influence, challenge and coach, to achieve the right business outcomes, demonstrating commercial astuteness and innovative problem-solving skills. This role will require frequent travel in Derby, Leicestershire and Brimingham.
