The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the regions top performing stores as it is now looking for both a Retail and Optom Partner to join at the same time, both holding 33% shares each. This is a large, busy store with exceptional operating profits and a hugely successful team already in place. It’s an opportunity not to be missed.
Although this store has a developed client-base and a great local reputation, there is still room for growth and improvement, which will be welcomed by the committed and driven team in place. 

Location
Hamilton is a large town in South Lanarkshire, 10 miles from Glasgow. It is steeped in history and has many museums attracting visitors to the area. Two miles from the town centre lies Chatelherault Country Park, home to the ruins of Cadzow Castle.
The town boasts three shopping centres as well as a large variety of independent shops and a wide range of restaurants. The town has three railways stations whose destinations include Motherwell, Glasgow and Lanark. 

The Store
The store itself is on a high street location with lots of neighbouring retail businesses providing good footfall to the store and easy access on both public transport and by car. There is a car park just a 2-minute walk from the store.

The Person
The right person for this partnership opportunity will be driven, highly ambitious and able to not only identify areas of improvement in an already well-performing store, but able to take a strong existing team on this journey of growth with them.
You will lead by example with the team and continually strive to provide the best customer service possible for the clients of the store.
