About the store 
Winborne Minster opened its doors in 2023 and enjoys a prominent high street location, with regular footfall daily. 
The store is based on one floor and has three dedicated test rooms, along with one dual audiology room where hear care services are offered one day a week.  The store is open every day and is currently servicing 120 test eye tests a week. As this business is still in its infancy, there is naturally, huge opportunity for further growth. ATV and Contact Lens Direct debits are strong, and the team are highly motivated to drive the success of the business, with increasing volume being key.
The store is home to a team of 15 colleagues, including 3 Optometrists, and an assistant store manager in the final stages of becoming a dispensing optician. The new incoming retail partner will be dedicated to growing the business, but also to developing and nurturing the team. This is an opportunity to really shape and impact a business that has huge potential.

Requirements of the role
Alongside being an existing retailer with a strong and proven background, you will also have the drive, passion and willingness to ensure a customer-focussed team and role model high standards to continue the success of this store. As the new Retail Partner, you will be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the new team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
