Full Time, Fixed Term Contract

The role

Are you someone who thrives on detail, loves keeping things organised, and enjoys being at the heart of making people feel valued?  The Reward Services team is looking for a Reward Administrator to help us deliver meaningful and consistent reward experiences across the business.

The Global Reward and Policy team are all about making sure our reward operations run smoothly and support our colleagues in the best way possible. You’ll be joining a friendly, knowledgeable team that’s passionate about delivering great service and making a real impact.

From weekly reporting and perks administration to supporting schemes like E-Cars and medical memberships, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks that keep our reward offering fresh and relevant. You’ll also help with benchmarking, invoice tracking, updating calendars and SharePoint sites, and supporting key processes like salary reviews and bonus programmes.

We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, has a keen eye for detail, and understands the importance of confidentiality. You’ll need to be comfortable working with HR data, juggling multiple priorities, and delivering excellent customer service.

If you’ve got experience with Excel and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, you’ll fit right in.

It’s a bonus if you’ve worked in Reward or Payroll before or have a knack for data analysis, but what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
