Full Time, Fixed Term Contract

The role

So, you’re an organisation expert wanting to take your career to the next level? Our Scheduling/Administration role in our Home Visits business could be perfect for you.

As a Scheduling/Administration Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. This office-based role is very customer focussed, as well as being key to the success of our clinics. You will make and take calls from patients, care homes and 3rd parties, and book, schedule and plan the clinics efficiently for our Home Visits teams. You will also update patient records, arrange for deliveries of patient’s new glasses, liaise with the field-based teams on a daily basis, along with other general admin duties, all the while ensuring our customers feel listened to and receive a gold standard service.

We are looking for someone with proven administration and scheduling experience, who has excellent organisational and time management skills. This is a fast-paced role, so you will need to be able to manage a busy workload and conflicting deadlines. An excellent telephone manner is a must in this role.

The partners’ vision is very simple. They want to be able to offer the very best patient experience possible. For us, customer excellence is not just about taking calls or dispensing glasses, it is about taking the time to assess our patients’ lifestyle and needs. It is about making them feel special as well as offering them a service that can enhance their independence and quality of life. It is about making our patients SMILE!

You’ll be surrounded and supported by a team bringing care to the homes of the people who can’t come into our stores. Essentially, you’ll be making a real difference here.

Please note - this role is a 6-month fixed term contract.
