Home visits partnership

When people can’t make it into one of our stores, we go to them. Whether they’re older, vulnerable, unwell or have additional needs, we’re here to ensure everyone can access great quality eyecare and hearing care. Our Home Visits teams head out to see people in their own homes and care homes. We have three partnership roles to support our Home Visits teams. There’s the optics and the audiology home visits partner roles, where you’ll be out on the road leading and supporting the clinical team. And then there’s the operations partner, working within an office team, where you could be driving the scheduling team and ensuring the business is running smoothly.

How it works

When you become a home visits partner, you’ll take on joint ownership of the business where you’ll own shares and receive profits and dividends. You’ll also receive a salary as an employee. Together with your partner(s) you’ll look after a specific territory, taking care of their customers at home. Here, you’ll have the flexibility that comes with not working weekends or evenings, and you’ll have all the right equipment on hand to deliver the best care possible. And if the time comes and you’re ready to sell, we’ll help you find a buyer.
