We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Digital & E-commerce team and support the day-to-day running and optimisation of our e-commerce processes. You will gain valuable hands-on experience across digital platforms while collaborating with different teams and contributing to ongoing e-commerce initiative
Your role
As part of the Digital & E-commerce team, you will support the daily operations of our online business and help ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of our e-commerce platforms
- Assisting with onboarding new content to our websites
- Updating and maintaining product pricing across categories
- Supporting optimisation of our website and e-commerce processes
- Collaborating with colleagues across different teams and functions
- Contributing to ongoing digital and e-commerce initiatives
- Supporting ad hoc tasks within the digital team
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented student with a strong interest in digital business and e-commerce.
We are preferably looking for someone who:
- Is currently studying and able to work up to 15 hours per week
- Have high attention to detail, especially when working with data and content
- Is structured and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Have an analytical mindset
- Have strong communication skills
- Have an interest in digital, e-commerce, and online customer experience
- Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
