As our new Technology Analytics Manager, you will be responsible to support executive decision making with high‑quality analytics based on large volumes of data from multiple sources.
You play a critical role in enabling data‑driven prioritisation of technology initiatives by delivering historical insights, scenario modelling, and scenario-based planning insights. Key responsibilities include:
- Translate complex analyses into clear, decision‑ready insights for senior leaders.
- Build decision-grade portfolio analytics by curating and modelling certified data products from enterprise sources, in partnership with the data platform team.
- Deliver scenario modelling, and portfolio analytics to support prioritisation and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and analytical data products.
- Partner with Technology, Finance, Portfolio/PMO, and business stakeholders to align on data, insights, and decision needs.
- Proactively identify data quality issues, risks, and trade‑offs and drive follow‑up with accountable owners where data ownership sits in the domains (Finance, Service/Run, Product, etc.).
Your new team
You will join the Northern Europe Technology function, reporting to the Technology Portfolio Manager. The role works closely with colleagues across Technology Delivery, Finance, Portfolio/PMO, Architecture, and market leadership teams.
You will collaborate in a complex, international setup, partnering with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure analytics consistently supports strategic and operational decision‑making.

- Experience influencing prioritisation and decision‑making through data and scenario analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technology and business functions.
- Ability to navigate complex organisations, products, and data landscapes..
I’d be nice to that you have the following:
- Experience working in an agile or iterative delivery environment.
- Experience collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft analytics tools such as Power Apps and the broader Microsoft platform.
- Experience operating in fast‑paced, just‑in‑time planning environments
As a person, we believe that you are:
- Self‑organised, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership.
- A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
